I'm a ultra trail runner and used this Data field during my race events. Finally I had time to publish it in the IQ Store.
Energy Gel Reminder will let you know via audio alert when its time to eat during activity. Refill target can be changed in the settings to time, distance or calories burned.

Setup Energy Gel Reminder:
1. Hold MENU. Select Settings, Activities & Apps.
2. Select the activity to customize, for example Running.
3. Select the activity settings. Select Data Screens.
4. Add a new Data Screen. Select Custom.
5. Select Field 1 Layout. Select ConnectIQ Fields.
6. Select Energy Gel Reminder.

You can configure the settings of Energy Gel Reminder via Garmin Connect Mobile, Garmin Connect IQ Mobile or Garmin Express.
