The Jack Daniels Pace Intensity datafield shows your current pace and the intensity of your run in real time, based on the Jack Daniels VDOT tables. It can measure six different types of intensity: easy, marathon, threshold, 10K, interval and repeats.

The JDPI Datafield can help you track your progress, stay on track with your training, and avoid overtraining.
