Discovery Vitality Fitness Points (South Africa)

Adds a simple data field to estimate the resulting Vitality Fitness Points due when the given activity is ended.

Points are calculated in real time based on the duration of the activity, the average heart rate and/or average speed information.

Maximum age-related heart rate referred to below is simply = 220 - age.
In order to calculate your age, we require access to your birth year which is stored in your Garmin Connect Profile.
No other personal information is utilized, and no personal information is collected or processed in any way.

50 points is displayed for:
* 5 000 to 9 999 steps (for the whole day including the current activity).

100 points is displayed for:
* 10 000 or more steps (for the whole day including the current activity).
* 30+ min speed workout (5.5+ km/h for Running / 1.5 km/h for Swimming or 10+ km/h for Cycling)
* 30-59 min at 60%+ of maximum age-related heart rate. 
* 15-29 min at 70%+ of maximum age-related heart rate. 

200 points is displayed for:
* 0-89 min at 60-69% of maximum age-related heart rate.
* 30-59 min at 70-79% of maximum age-related heart rate.

300 points is displayed for:
* 90+ min at 60-69% of maximum age-related heart rate.
* 60+ minutes at 70-79% of maximum age-related heart rate.
* 30+ min at 80%+ of maximum age-related heart rate.

Due to rounding, it may be prudent to continue working out for at least one minute after reaching your desired points goal.

You are also subject to any and all limits laid out by Discovery e.g. daily and monthly points limits per member and require your Garmin Device to sync with Discovery Vitality and to have an active Discovery Vitality product etc.
