Timer for precise interval training.

First, enter Your Vdot in application settings
Then set training sessions 1-5 to your preferences. You only set distances and intensities, paces are calculated for Vdot entered.

Warmup and Cooldown are automaticialy added to training session.

App has timer to alert you exactly when you should pass your distance markers on track/or road. You should set proper marker distance in App settings for timer work properly

When Save session at the end, all data is recorded in garmin connect as in normal application. You can then review your performance through each lap
