Now it can with MinuteCast from AccuWeather. (Note: MinuteCast is available in the following countries
         North America: contiguous US, Canada
         Europe: UK, Spain, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Denmark), parts of the Czech Republic, Gibraltar, and Liechtenstein
         Asia: Japan and Korea)

This widget is a perfect tool for your active lifestyle, giving you the most accurate precipitation forecast you can get.  

MinuteCast predicts start and end times for precipitation minute-by-minute for the next two hours, specific to a user's exact street address. Data is refreshed every five minutes to provide users with the most relevant and accurate forecast possible.

How to use the widget:

The main screen of the Widget shows you the next 90 minutes of the forecast at your location.  If you want to know more just hit the start button or follow the instructions on the device to see the forecast for the full 120 minutes.  If you need a legend it’s there too… just hit start again to get to the next screen.  To reset last known GPS position, press the MENU button. After reset please wait for a new GPS fix.
