This Garmin IQ APP works in combination with the WRShare website https://wrshare.co.uk/. 
The WRShare website allows you to create and modify workouts and to store GPX/TCX/FIT routes for both cycling and running. 
On the website Workouts and Routes can be marked for "sync" and downloaded using this Garmin IQ APP to your Garmin Device.

WRShare allows you to create groups of workouts or routes that can then be shared and downloaded by other WRShare members to their devices. 
Groups can be public or private and represent a collection of items. For example a group could be named "XYZ Running Club 10K", "Coached Session 1","Mondays Run" or "Intervals Stage 1". Each member of a group will have access to the same workout or route which can be downloaded using this IQ APP. 
Please make sure you have the owners permission to share Workouts and Routes that you have not created or do not own.
