[ABOUT]

'Cardio Class 2' brings you 11x Intermediate & Advanced cardio classes, of varying duration, for you to do anywhere, any time. Most of the exercises do not require any equipment, but you can always substitute an exercise you can't do for one that you can. Workouts are recorded in Garmin Connect with the workout name. In the app settings you can configure sound, vibrate, and text colours.

The workouts and exercises included in this app are:

INTERMEDIATE:

- 15-Minute Full-Body Sweat: 8 muscle groups, 15 min (Squat, Cardio Core Crawl, Cross-body Mountain Climber, Prisoner Squat, Squat and Side Kick, Side-to-Side Shuffle Jump, Burpee)

- 5-Minute Plank Challenge: abs & obliques, 5 min (Plank with Arm Raise, Plank with Oblique Crunch, Side Plank – Left, Side Plank – Right, Plank)

- Get-Fit Real-Quick Workout: 9 muscle groups, 45 min (Dumbbell Straight-leg Deadlift, Renegade Row, Dumbbell Front Squat, Dumbbell Push Press, Mountain Climber, Barbell Step-up, Push-up, Dumbbell Reverse Lunge, Dumbbell Row)

- Golds Gym: Anything Butt: 8 muscle groups, 20 min (Jog, Hip Raise, Dumbbell Deadlift, Good Morning, Body-weight Jump Squat, Squat Thrusts (Up-downs))

- Indoor Cardio Workout: 9 muscle groups, 27 min (Run, Plank with Arm Raise, Low Lunge with Isometric Adduction, Squat Jumps In N' Out, Jumping Jacks, Burpee, Side-to-Side Shuffle Jump, Squat and Side Kick)

ADVANCED:

- The Fastest Fat-Loss Ever: 6 muscle groups, 35 min (Mountain Climber, Spiderman Push-up, Side Lunge Jump Off, Explosive Push-up, Swiss Ball Roll-out, Kettlebell Swing)

- Sprinter Cardio Challenge: 6 muscle groups, 15 min (Dumbbell Step-up, Body-weight Jump Squat, Alternating Jump Lunge, Side-to-Side Shuffle Jump, Squat Thrusts (Up-downs))

- Tabata Alternating Lunges, Crunches, Burpees & Planks: 6 muscle groups, 17 min (Lunge, Crunch, Burpee, Plank)

- Tabata Alternating Squats, Sit-Ups, Push-Ups & Squat Thrusts: 6 muscle groups, 17 min (Squat, Sit-up, Push-up, Squat Thrusts (Up-downs))

- Tabata Something Else: 6 muscle groups, 16 min (Pull-up, Sit-up, Squat)

- Vertical Ups: 5 muscle groups, 18 min (Body-weight Jump Squat, Squat Jumps In and Out, Side-to-Side Shuffle Jump, Alternating Jump Lunge, Jump Rope)

[INSTRUCTIONS]

Start: starts & stops the workout

Up/Down: cycles through the workouts, skip forward/backward a step during a workout

Back: pause/resume during a workout
