Un champ de données qui calcule en temps réel votre VO2 et VO2 max pendant vos activités d'aviron (disposition d'un champ).

Remarque importante : ce champ de données ne peut fonctionner que si la vitesse (et la distance) n'est pas nulle. Ainsi, si vous souhaitez l'utiliser sur un rameur, votre montre doit être connectée à l'ordinateur de votre machine (si elle en possède un). Sinon, le champ de données ne sera pas en mesure de calculer votre VO2 max.

Votre VO2 max est calculée, mise à jour et enregistrée à chaque fois que vous parcourez une distance égale à 2000 mètres. Ainsi, chaque bloc de 2000 mètres mettra à jour votre VO2 max lissée.
Vous avez le choix entre 3 allures différentes : split (mn/500m), mn/km et mn/2kms.
Vous pouvez choisir d'afficher, dans la zone supérieure droite, les données d'énergie ou de puissance (avec la distance totale).

La VO2 est enregistrée chaque seconde dans le fichier FIT, et la VO2 max et lissée en fin de séance. Ainsi, vous pourrez visualiser le graphique VO2 correspondant dans votre profil Garmin Connect.
La VO2 max lissée est enregistrée dans les paramètres de l'application pour la prochaine session.

La VO2 max enregistrée sous forme de graphique correspond à la VO2 max calculée pour chaque tranche de temps de 2000 mètres.

Opération:
- un premier étalonnage de 2000 mètres
- la VO2 est mise à jour par rapport à cette distance de 2000 mètres, et la VO2 max de la séance s'affiche juste au dessus de la valeur principale. Une fois la période d'étalonnage terminée, le rectangle vous indique si votre VO2 actuelle est supérieure (vert) ou inférieure (rouge) à cette VO2 max.

Comment installer:
Il s'agit d'un champ de données et non d'une application et doit être ajouté à un seul écran de données dans une activité sportive.
1- allez dans paramètres, applications, activité sportive, écran de données, écran 1
2- définir le champ 1 sur ConnectIQ Fields, JMGDTFRowingVO2S

JMG-DTF Rowing VO2 Max Simple

A datafield which calculates in real time your VO2 and VO2 max during your rowing activities (one field layout).

Important note: this datafield can only work if the speed (and distance) is not null. So, if you want to use it on a rower machine, your watch must be connected to your machine's computer (if it has one). Otherwise, the datafield will not be able to calculate your VO2 max.

Your VO2 max is calculated, updated and saved each time you cover a distance equal to 2000 meters. So, every block of 2000 meters will update your smoothed VO2 max.
You can choose between 3 different paces: split (mn/500m), mn/km and mn/2kms.
You can choose to display, in the upper right area, both energy or power data (with the total distance).

The VO2 is saved each second in the FIT file, and VO2 max and smoothed VO2 max at the end of the session. So, you will be able to visualize the corresponding VO2 graph in your Garmin Connect profile.
The smoothed VO2 is saved in the app settings for the next session.

The VO2 max saved as graph corresponds to the VO2 max calculated for each slot of 2000 meters.

Operation:
- a first calibration of 2000 meters
- the VO2 is updated regarding this distance of 2000 meters, and the VO2 max of the session is displayed just above the main value. After the calibrating period is over, the rectangle shows you if your current VO2 is greater (green) or lower (red) this VO2 max.

How to install:
This is a data field not an application and needs to be added to a single data screen within a sport activity.
1- go to settings, apps, sport activity, data screen, screen 1
2- set field 1 to ConnectIQ Fields, JMGDTFRowingVO2S
