[ABOUT]

'Cardio Class 1' brings you 10x Beginner & Intermediate cardio classes, of varying duration, for you to do anywhere, any time. Most of the exercises do not require any equipment, but you can always substitute an exercise you can't do for one that you can. Workouts are recorded in Garmin Connect with the workout name. In the app settings you can configure sound, vibrate, and text colours.

The workouts and exercises included in this app are:

BEGINNER:

- The Fat-Scorching Workout: 10 muscle groups, 1hr (Dumbbell Straight-leg Deadlift, Single-arm Neutral-grip Dumbbell Row and Rotation, Alternating Dumbbell Lunge with Reach, Alternating Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension, Cross-body Mountain Climber, Dumbbell Front Squat, Alternating Dumbbell Row, Side-to-Side Lunge Chops, Cardio Core Crawl, Cross-body Mountain Climber)

- Hone and Tone: 9 muscle groups, 18 min (Jump Rope, Side-to-Side Lunge Chops, Runner's Lunge to Balance, One-arm Swing, Get-up Sit-up, V-up, Dumbbell Hammer Curl, Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Alternating Dumbbell Row)

- The 10-Minute Muffin Top Solution: 4 muscle groups, 10 min (Jump Rope, V-up, Side Plank and Row, Kneeling Cable Crunch, Bicycle Crunch, Side Plank with Feet on Bench)

- Tabata Intro Lunges, Crunches, Burpees & Planks: 6 muscle groups, 4 min (2x rounds: 20 seconds each: lunge, crunch, burpee, plank)

- Tabata Intro Squats, Sit-Ups, Push-Ups & Squat Thrusts: 6 muscle groups, 4 min (2x rounds: 20 seconds each: squat, sit-up, push-up, squat thrusts)

INTERMEDIATE:

- Squat, Sprint & Sweat: 5 muscle groups, 30 min (Jog, Kettlebell Swing, Run, Walking Lunge)

- Tabata Abs Planks & Sit-ups: Abs, 9 min (Plank, Sit-up)

- Tabata Lunges, Crunches & Burpees: 6 muscle groups, 14 min (Lunge, Crunch, Burpee)

- Tabata Squats, Sit-Ups & Pushups: 4 muscle groups, 14 min (Squat, Sit-up, Push-up)

- Ultimate Park Workout: 9 muscle groups, 20 min (Squat, Push-up, Lunge, Sit-up, Run, Burpee)

[INSTRUCTIONS]

Start: starts & stops the workout

Up/Down: cycles through the workouts, skip forward/backward a step during a workout

Back: pause/resume during a workout
