This is a traditional chronometer which can be added to an activity as a full screen data field.  It is also useful for EMS and medical personnel who need a continous seconds indication in their work.

* Shows current lap time on the main hands + second hand, and total time on the subdials  (left: hour, top: minute, bottom: second)
* Current lap shown in the "date window" position
* Heart rate shown on outer ring
* Configurable hour/minute hand color

* 5 additional modes:
        1) Current lap time on the main hands + second hand, last lap time on the subdials
        2) Time of day on the main hands, total time on the subdials + second hand (with fractional seconds)
