Name: CardioCoach Workout
Author: Korr

CardioCoach uses your personal VO2 Max test results to accurately calculate calories burned during a workout, identify the types of calories you are burning (fats vs carbs), and analyze the future calories you will burn after each workout (EPOC).

To get started, be sure to get your VO2 Max tested by a facility with a CardioCoach App Upload Subscription (you can go to korr.com/facility-finder to find tests near you). When they send you your email and pin, come back to this page, go to “Settings” and enter your email and pin to upload your results.
