Keeping track on your weekly training volume was never this easy.</p><p>Setup your day (standard is monday) on which your training week starts and the volume (distance and duration) you do on your running activities will be shown for this week.</p><p>To prevent injuries, it is most often recommended to not increase your weekly running volume by more than 10% on a weekly basis.</p><p>Depending on your experience and personal situation you can deviate from this number.</p>
