TRACK SWEAT LOSS AND SODIUM LOSS DURING TRAINING

Hydration needs can vary significantly between athletes, workouts, environments, and weather conditions.

Instead of relying only on how much water you drink, hDrop measures your sweat response during exercise, helping you better understand your individual fluid and sodium losses.

The hDrop wearable sweat sensor can provide real-time information including:

Sweat rate
Total sweat loss
Sodium loss
Sweat sodium concentration
hDrop Score

With the hDrop Garmin Connect IQ integration, key sweat and sodium metrics can be displayed directly on your Garmin during exercise.

Whether you are training for a marathon, triathlon, cycling event, ultra-endurance race, or simply trying to better understand your hydration needs, hDrop provides objective sweat data from your workouts.

Measure your sweat. Understand your sodium losses. Build a more personalized hydration strategy.
