This is the lite version of the popular Yoga Time+ (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/9f7394c2-c78e-4210-80ff-6b1a1438d837#0), which has a smaller install size (65kb).

Create custom Yoga routines, with a countdown timer for each asana. At the end of a routine you can choose to save the session details to your Garmin account, or discard it. This appears in your activity timeline as a 'Yoga' session, and includes the time, your heart rate, and estimated calories burned.

You can configure up to 20 asanas/poses, for up to 5 different routines. You are able to set the time for each asana, and any rest/transition time between them. You can also enable/disable sound & vibrate, and change the text colour of the asana names for the work and rest periods.

[INSTRUCTIONS]

The app comes with a pre-set routine, but you can change this, and can configure 4 more routines in the app settings. Please see the 'SETUP' section below.

On the main screen, select (or swipe for touchscreen devices) Up/Down to cycle through your routines, then press Select (or tap the screen) to start the routine.

To pause or end the routine early, press the Select button (tap the screen). You can then hit (swipe) Up/Down between Resume, Save and Discard.

At the end of the routine you can hit (swipe) Up/Down to choose between saving or discarding the routine.

To configure the asanas/routines, either use Garmin Connect Mobile app or Connect IQ Store app: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/w/wiki/14/changing-connect-iq-app-settings - please note: some users have experienced issues when using Garmin Express on a computer to change the settings, so please use the Connect or Connect IQ app as above.
