Name: Minutes Per Power Kilometer

Displays the minutes per power kilometer, where power kilometers are defined as total kilometers plus total ascent in meters divided by 100. Records the total power kilometers, the average minutes per power kilometer and the current minutes per power kilometer in the FIT file.
